I created Camille because there are so many questions I wish I'd asked my own grandparents. They didn't live extraordinary lives, but they were my grandparents, and I would love to know more about what everyday life looked like for them. As technology continues to evolve so rapidly, I believe the ordinary moments we experience today will become some of the most fascinating stories for future generations.

 

I also realised how difficult it was to write my own story. Writing about my children came naturally, but when it came to writing about myself, I didn't know where to start or what was worth including. Camille became the guide I wished I'd had.
